👉 What is the Eligibility Criteria for CQA (Certified Quality
Auditor) Certification ?
Work Experience: A minimum of 8 years of on-the-job experience in
one or more of the areas of the CQA body of knowledge. Up to 4 years
of this experience requirement can be waived if the candidate holds
a qualifying degree (associate, bachelor’s, or higher).
Audit Experience: At least some of the required work experience must
be in a decision-making capacity in the quality auditing field.

?
The CQA certification exam is typically 5 hours and 18 minutes long. This time frame allows candidates to complete approximately 165 multiple-choice questions, though only 150 are scored.
👉 What is the CQA Certification Renewal Process?
Recertification: The CQA certification is valid for 3 years.
To maintain certification, individuals need to complete 18
recertification units (RUs) through continued education, training,
or professional activities in the field of quality.
Alternative: Alternatively, candidates can retake the exam
after three years to maintain their certification.
