Rescheduling Policy
If SanMark Learning LLP reschedules a training event, delegates are entitled to the following options:
- 1. Full Refund: Delegates can request a 100% refund if the rescheduled dates are unsuitable for their schedule.
- 2. Flexible Rescheduling: Delegates may reschedule their attendance to any future class at their convenience, choosing from available locations and dates.
- 3. Replacement Nomination: Delegates can nominate a replacement to attend the event on their behalf. This must be communicated to SanMark Learning LLP at least 4 days prior to the event.
If a delegate requests to reschedule their registration to a future date for personal reasons, the following conditions and fees apply:
- 1. Early Request: For requests made 5 or more days before the event, a rescheduling fee of 15% of the registration fee will be charged.
- 2. Subject to Availability: Rescheduling requests will only be accommodated if seats are available in the desired session.
- 3. Late Request: Requests made within 5 days of the event will not be accepted. However, delegates may still nominate a replacement.
